Terms of Use for Tractor GPS - Field Line Guide

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Tractor GPS - Field Line Guide (“the App”).

The App is provided by Adnan Özdemir (“we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Türkiye.

By downloading, accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Apple Standard EULA

The App is made available through the Apple App Store and is licensed, not sold.

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”):

These Terms supplement the Apple Standard EULA. If a provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory applicable law or Apple’s Standard EULA, the applicable mandatory provision will control.

2. Purpose of the App

The App is a GPS field-guidance tool designed to assist with agricultural operations such as:

• Spraying
• Seeding
• Plowing
• Fertilizing
• Harvesting
• Field mapping
• Creating AB guidance lines
• Measuring field areas
• Recording agricultural operations

The App displays the user’s location, direction of travel, field boundaries and parallel guidance lines.

The App does not:

• Control or automatically steer a tractor
• Replace an approved agricultural steering system
• Provide public-road navigation
• Provide point-to-point or turn-by-turn road directions
• Guarantee positioning accuracy
• Replace the user’s judgment, training or responsibility

3. Location Accuracy and Technical Limitations

The App relies on the location services, compass, sensors, internet connection and processing capabilities of your iPhone or iPad.

GPS accuracy may be affected by:

• Device model and sensor quality
• Satellite availability
• Weather and atmospheric conditions
• Buildings, trees, terrain and other physical obstructions
• Device position inside the vehicle
• Network connectivity
• Map data availability
• Interference or sensor calibration
• Whether precise location permission is enabled

The location, heading, distance, area and guidance information displayed by the App may contain delays, inaccuracies or errors.

The App does not guarantee centimeter-level, survey-grade or safety-critical positioning accuracy. Built-in device GPS may not be suitable for operations requiring highly precise positioning.

You are responsible for verifying all guidance information before and during an agricultural operation.

4. Safe Use

You are solely responsible for operating tractors, vehicles, machinery and agricultural equipment safely.

You agree that you will:

• Remain aware of your surroundings
• Maintain control of the tractor or machinery at all times
• Follow applicable laws, safety rules and equipment instructions
• Avoid interacting with the device while it is unsafe to do so
• Stop the vehicle or machinery before making detailed adjustments
• Confirm that routes and guidance lines are clear of people, animals, obstacles, property boundaries and hazardous terrain
• Independently verify field boundaries and equipment settings
• Not rely on the App for emergency, safety-critical or autonomous operation

The App must not be used in a way that creates a risk of injury, property damage, crop damage or environmental harm.

5. Free Features and Premium Access

The App may provide limited features without a subscription.

Certain features, usage limits and additional functionality require a Premium subscription. Premium features may include additional operations, AB guidance lines, fields, tractors, equipment configurations or other functionality displayed within the App.

The availability and limits of free and Premium features may change in future versions. Changes will not affect rights already required by applicable law.

6. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Premium access may be offered through monthly, annual or other auto-renewable subscription plans displayed in the App.

Before confirming a purchase, the App Store purchase screen will display the applicable price, subscription duration and billing information for your country or region.

When you purchase a subscription:

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation.
• The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• Apple may charge your account for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal is charged at the price displayed by Apple for the applicable subscription.
• Subscription prices may vary by country or region and may change as permitted by Apple and applicable law.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.
• Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Purchases and refunds are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s applicable payment, subscription and refund policies.

Where available, the “Restore Purchases” option may be used to restore an eligible subscription associated with the same Apple Account.

7. No User Account

The App does not currently require users to create an account or sign in.

Subscription access is associated with purchase information supplied through Apple and processed using RevenueCat.

The absence of an account does not remove your responsibility to secure your device and Apple Account.

8. Local Data Storage

Field boundaries, AB guidance lines, tractor and equipment configurations, and agricultural operation records are stored locally on your device.

You are responsible for:

• Protecting access to your device
• Maintaining any backups you consider necessary
• Verifying important field and operation information
• Exporting or recording important information where an export option is available

Local information may be lost if:

• You delete the App
• You delete information within the App
• Your device is lost, damaged or reset
• App storage is cleared
• A software or hardware error occurs
• Information is not included in an available device backup

We are not responsible for the loss of locally stored information except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

9. Maps and Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services that may include:

• Mapbox for maps, satellite imagery and mapping services
• Firebase Analytics for usage analytics
• Firebase Crashlytics for crash and diagnostic reporting
• RevenueCat for subscription management
• Apple for App Store distribution, purchases and subscription billing

Your use of these services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

Map and satellite information may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable or inaccurate. Property boundaries, field boundaries and displayed geographical features must be independently verified.

We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or operation of third-party services.

10. Acceptable Use

You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease or sublicense the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to obtain the App’s source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it
• Circumvent subscription restrictions or access controls
• Interfere with the App’s operation, servers or third-party services
• Use the App to violate laws, regulations or third-party rights
• Use automated systems to abuse or overload the App or its services
• Introduce malware, malicious code or harmful content
• Misrepresent the App’s output as legally certified survey or positioning data
• Use the App for autonomous control or other safety-critical purposes

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the App, users, third parties or applicable legal rights.

11. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, interface, design, text, graphics and original content, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Mapbox, Apple, Firebase, RevenueCat and other third-party names, trademarks, content and services remain the property of their respective owners.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App or any intellectual property to you.

12. Updates and Availability

We may release updates that modify, add or remove features, correct errors, improve security or maintain compatibility with devices and third-party services.

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will always be available
• Every feature will remain unchanged
• The App will work on every device or operating system version
• Third-party services will remain available
• The App will be free from interruptions, defects or errors

We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the App where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and existing subscription rights.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We disclaim all warranties, representations and conditions not expressly required by law, including warranties relating to:

• Accuracy
• Reliability
• Availability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Agricultural outcomes
• GPS precision
• Map accuracy
• Equipment compatibility
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

No information displayed by the App constitutes a guarantee of positioning accuracy, field area, agricultural performance, crop yield, legal property boundaries or equipment safety.

Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the App.

This includes losses involving:

• Crop damage or loss
• Incorrect spraying, seeding, fertilizing, plowing or harvesting
• Overlap, missed areas or inaccurate guidance
• Damage to tractors, equipment or other property
• Lost profits, revenue or business opportunities
• Loss of locally stored data
• Inaccurate map, location, heading, distance or area information
• Service interruptions or third-party service failures

You remain responsible for safely operating machinery and independently verifying the App’s output.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct or other legally non-excludable circumstances.

15. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy:

The Privacy Policy explains how location, analytics, diagnostics, subscriptions and locally stored agricultural information are handled.

16. Termination

These Terms remain effective until terminated.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the App or create a security or legal risk.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations and dispute provisions—will continue to apply.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

However, if mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region provide you with additional rights or require another governing law or jurisdiction, those mandatory rights will remain unaffected.

For matters governed directly by Apple’s Standard EULA or Apple Media Services Terms, the applicable Apple terms will apply.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App, subscriptions, service providers, legal requirements or business practices.

The “Last updated” date will indicate the latest revision.

If required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
